{ What I've Under-Esteemed }
I remembered how people used to say how having a pacer running with you can make such a great difference in your 2.4km timings. I didn't really think much about it until I experienced it myself. At the moment when the desire to give up, slow down or stop comes in its full intensity, the encouragement and cheerleading from the pacer can make all the difference. 8:37 AM • Wednesday, September 2, 2009
And I remember how the urge to just throw in the towel gets so intense in different phases of my life. When studying for a major exam felt so overwhelming. When the responsibility of the platoon came on me as a newbie in BMT. When the pressure and expectations from superiors gets really demanding. The ultimate pacer and cheerleader is there, faithful even when I'm unfaithful.
It becomes even more essential to me that I learn to do what has been done to me unto others as well. It makes so much difference and it means so much to others lives.
