In my attempt to come up with a fairly consistent weekly to-do list, these are some key things that I need to attend to ona regular basis. This list isn't exhaustive either. (unfortunately) 2:46 AM • Tuesday, November 17, 2009
1) Meet the key pillars of the ministry
2) Monitoring and follow through of plans
3) Shepherding
4) Study Stats
5) Deliberate Discipleship Opportunities
6) Visit and Feedback for CG
7) Public Role (depends on the roster)
8) Evaluate Long Term Plan
9) Personal Outreach
10)Follow Through on Special Cases
11)Submit Lesson Plans
12)Marking
13)CCA
14)QT/Journal
15)F&P
16)and the list goes on...
In the ideal effective life, these things should be promptly carried out. And hey presto! More often then not, I do LESS THAN HALF of these things. Plus, random misc items do come along with different seasons of the year. Ha ha ha! Hmm.. What do i do when the full effects of next school term kicks in?
Success is not defined by how much we do, but rather, doing what's needed to be done at the right time and doing it well. So now, to find and discern the right thing at the right time... OHMomommomomomomomomomomomomommmmmmmm....
